Wine Dinner

So, spent yesterday shopping with Stephanie in from Dallas. Hit Forth & Towne out at Otay Ranch Town Centre out in Chula Vista. Then Banana Republic. Finally Bloomingdales at Fashion Valley. Fun times. She brought my fabulous birthday gifts. A fantastic ring from Cuba; a red top, perfect for the holiday party going to on Friday and stemless wine glasses and gift card. Very generous! So grateful for her friendship and support. She is so much fun and we just fall into laughs and good times like no time has passed.

Today, hung out, puttered around, worked out and got ready for the Uncorked wine event. Great food, great wine. The wines were from the Michel-Schlumberger Vineyard and included the Pinot Blanc, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon (YUMMM). The food was fantastic, so stuffed. Great to hang out with Cathy and Debra. Kristin was to have joined us but due to family obligations had to bail. Because of that, this guy Bill, came over and asked permission to join us. Cathy was soooo great talking to him, but for me, NOT interested. Too, something.
